Digital AI Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze channel sales, PSI, inventory, partner performance, and incentive data to support business decisions and operational excellence.

• Analyze market trends, industry insights, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities, optimize business strategies, and drive business development.

• Develop interactive dashboards and self-service analytics using Power BI, Tableau, and AI-powered analytics tools.

• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, IT, and regional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven digital solutions.

• Drive data governance and improve data quality across PSI, inventory, partner, and sales data.

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Python, Machine Learning, or Generative AI) for data analysis and business automation.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Digital Energy, Renewable Energy, Solar, Energy Storage, or B2B channel business is preferred.

• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Python, Machine Learning, or Generative AI) for data analysis and business automation.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
