  • You will help shape and maintain the EMEA Digital Innovation & Automation COE operating model, ensuring alignment with Business Operational Excellence and global digital standards.
  • You will create and maintain reusable templates, frameworks, and documentation to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of automation solutions.
  • You will support the identification and development of digital skills across EMEA Finance, contributing to skills inventories and capability assessments.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Automation Specialist – Finance is a key contributor to driving digital innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across Finance Shared Services (CFS) in EMEA. Operating within the EMEA Digital Innovation & Automation Centre of Excellence, this role partners with Finance stakeholders, operational excellence teams, and global digital communities to embed scalable, value‑driven automation solutions.

This role blends hands‑on solution delivery with capability building and governance, enabling Finance teams to operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and scale digital best practices across the region.

What You Will Do

Digital Governance & Standards
You will help shape and maintain the EMEA Digital Innovation & Automation COE operating model, ensuring alignment with Business Operational Excellence and global digital standards. You will create and maintain reusable templates, frameworks, and documentation to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of automation solutions.

Finance Automation & Capability Building
You will support the identification and development of digital skills across EMEA Finance, contributing to skills inventories and capability assessments.
