We're going to the Moon. Think you've got what it takes?

About the Role

At Advanced Space, we're enabling humanity's return to the Moon and building the technologies that will take us to Mars and beyond. We're looking for a Digital & Brand Lead to build, from the ground up, the digital presence and brand system to elevate a company of our technical caliber.

This position is based at our Westminster HQ, on-site or hybrid with substantial on-site presence. Travel is light for event support. U.S. person status is required, as this seat handles export-controlled content.

About Advanced Space

Advanced Space exists to enable the sustainable exploration, development, and settlement of space through innovative software, mission services, and technology solutions. As the owner and operator of NASA's CAPSTONE™ mission and the Prime Contractor for AFRL's Oracle mission, we're helping shape the future of cislunar exploration while supporting commercial, civil, and national security customers.

Our team combines deep technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset. We move quickly, collaborate across disciplines, and empower every engineer to make meaningful contributions. If you're passionate about solving challenging problems and making great work visible to the world, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Actually Do

Own the web — including how we're found.

Own the website end to end: content architecture, page structure, publishing, and performance, along with a real publishing workflow from finished item through release review to live page. Own site analytics and instrumentation, and the technical relationship with any external web vendor or platform, with enough hands-on capability that routine changes don't require one. Own search and AI discoverability.

Own channels, distribution, and engagement.

Run company social channels end to end - presence, publishing calendar, engagement, and response. Own marketing automation and email distribution. Support the external presence of senior technical leaders (CEO, CTO, and the wider bench) with profile quality, visual consistency, and the channel mechanics that turn one appearance into sustained visibility. Own web and social for our affiliated non-profits, Aerospace Colorado and the Future Space Leaders Foundation. Coordinate the publishing calendar with the events team and direction so channels and moments reinforce each other.

Build and own the brand system.

Author the brand system: identity standards, usage rules, color and typography, imagery direction. Own visual and verbal consistency, provide design approval for branded merchandise, and bring a point of view on positioning.

Set the standard for visual and video production.

Own the quality bar and production pipeline for visual and video work. Coordinate mission visualization. Support tour video modules.

  • You have 5+ years across digital marketing and brand in a B2B or technical environment, with genuine hands-on ownership.

  • You've built or substantially owned a brand system and templates.
  • You're based in the Denver metro area or willing to relocate.
  • You're comfortable working independently.
  • You're genuinely curious about the technical work.
  • You build systems, not one-offs - templates, standards, and workflows that outlive you.

  • Association, non-profit, or industry-body channels.
