Digital Business Analyst

Analyse business objectives, digital processes, and user needs to identify improvement opportunities and solution requirements. Engage stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, process maps, use cases, and functional specifications. Review existing systems and workflows to recommend practical digital solutions and process enhancements. Collaborate with product, design, development, testing, and operations teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle. Contribute to application solution designs by assessing feasibility, dependencies, risks, and business impact. Define acceptance criteria and support test planning, system testing, and user acceptance testing activities. Conduct stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and project updates. Monitor requirement changes, defects, action items, and delivery progress using suitable project management tools. Assess implemented solutions, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements to improve business and customer outcomes. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Info-comm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Relevant experience in IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing within a digital or technology environment. Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process analysis, user story development, solution assessment, and software delivery methodologies. Strong analytical, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical digital solutions.
