About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our creative team and bring our brand to life across digital touchpoints. This is a hands-on role for a strong visual designer who understands how to create beautiful, brand-forward work while designing for performance and conversion.

You’ll work across e-commerce, landing pages, email, campaigns, presentations, and other digital brand experiences, partnering closely with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.

We’re looking for someone who has strong craft, excellent digital instincts, and the ability to take a brief and independently turn it into polished, thoughtful work.

What You’ll Do

• Design digital assets across our website, landing pages, email, campaigns, presentations, and other marketing channels.
• Create compelling, conversion-minded landing pages and e-commerce experiences.
• Design campaign and lifecycle emails that balance strong visual storytelling with usability and performance.
• Translate creative briefs into polished concepts and final executions.
• Develop strong visual concepts through typography, imagery, composition, art direction, and storytelling.
• Work confidently with photography and intimate imagery, including image selection, compositing, retouching, and layout.
• Maintain a high level of craft and consistency across typography, spacing, alignment, and established grid systems.
• Build organized, scalable Figma files using Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, and shared styles.
• Contribute to and evolve reusable design systems, templates, and components across digital channels.
• Design web and email experiences with real-world implementation and responsive behavior in mind.
• Explore and incorporate AI-assisted creative tools into the design process where they improve ideation or execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, copy, development, and other stakeholders to bring projects from concept through launch.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while communicating proactively and flagging blockers early.
• Take ownership of your work and operate with a strong level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in digital, visual, marketing, or brand design.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work and strong visual craft.
• Experience designing for DTC, e-commerce, or consumer-facing brands.
• Strong understanding of art direction, brand identity, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, shared styles, and organized file structures.
• Experience designing landing pages, websites, email, and digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of how digital designs translate into buildable web and email experiences.
• Ability to work within an established brand while still bringing fresh creative thinking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across a high volume of creative.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, presenting design rationale, and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and take projects from brief to final delivery.
• Comfortable working with imagery and creative related to intimate wellness and sexuality.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms.
• Motion design, animation, or interaction design experience.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end design constraints.
• Experience with analytics, A/B testing, CRO, or performance-driven creative.
• Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted image tools as part of a professional creative workflow.

Portfolio Requirements

As part of the application process, please include a portfolio along with a selection of work that demonstrates:

• A website, landing page, or other digital experience that has been launched.
• An example demonstrating strong art direction, image compositing, or retouching.
• 1–2 examples of campaign or marketing emails.
• An example of a reusable template, component system, or scalable design system.
• An example of AI-assisted creative work, including how AI contributed to the final execution.

Where possible, we’d also love to see examples that demonstrate how you organize and structure your work in Figma.

We care about quality and relevance of work more than a specific number of years of experience. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate strong digital craft, good judgment, and the ability to independently produce thoughtful, high-quality work.
