Digital Forensic Examiner

The Opportunity:

As a Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) Examiner, you will serve in an intermediate to advanced role to the DFIR space. You will be tasked with working DFIR matters assigned by the Digital Forensic Examiner Lead or Digital Forensic Examiner Senior Team lead. You will collect, analyze, and present digital-related evidence in support of computer criminal investigations. As an examiner, you will apply specific functional knowledge and working and general industry knowledge. In this role you will develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. You will work independently along with some guidance and may review or guide activities of more junior employees.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
