Job Title: Digital FR Service Engineer

Job Location: Dublin, Ireland

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales testing support and conduct workshops with customers or partners on technical issues.

• Support the sales and solution teams.

• Log and track issues reported by customers.

• Train and guide customers before, during, and after the construction process, including kick-off meetings, hardware and software training, and acceptance testing.

• Support customers during the commissioning process, including technical inspection of inverter installations and corrective actions where necessary.

• Act as the interface between customers and the R&D team to resolve any issues.

• Provide second- and third-line support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, preferably in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Proven technical and service experience, with a background in channel management.

• Knowledge of or experience in the Solar-PV and/or energy storage market is highly desirable.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Solid project management and operational skills.

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
