What you'll do

  • Own and grow the brand’s day-to-day social media presence, with clear accountability for reach, engagement, follower growth and brand awareness.
  • Develop and manage the social media/content calendar, balancing planned campaigns with trends, topical conversations and audience interests.
  • Create engaging content ideas, hooks, captions and formats designed to capture attention and drive interaction.
  • Stay highly updated on social media trends, algorithms, emerging formats and changing audience behaviour, quickly translating them into content opportunities.
  • Manage content across Reels, carousels, stories, static posts, short-form videos and emerging formats.
  • Collaborate with content, design and video teams to turn ideas into high-quality, platform-native social content.
  • Understand the target audience deeply and leverage industry trends, student interests, stories and events to keep the brand relevant and relatable.
  • Monitor analytics and use performance insights to continuously improve content, formats, publishing strategy and engagement.
  • Experiment with new creative approaches, trends and formats to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Build an active digital community and encourage meaningful conversations and stronger audience connection.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring authentic stories, expertise and perspectives onto social media.
