Job Description

The candidate should have experience in digital marketing and communication.
 Should have organizational skills to self-manage and execute campaigns, measure and analyze performance for improvements.
 Should be able to create and manage SEO campaigns, email campaigns, Google Ad campaigns, social media organic, and paid campaigns.
 Should have Google Analytics knowledge to interpret data, improve data collection and develop reports for analysis.
 Should have the technical knowledge to work with the website development and design team, incorporate or facilitate changes, analyze website performance and suggest improvements.
 Should have strong communication skills to share client’s message via marketing collateral including posters, brochures, emails, PR, reports, and more.
 Should have good interpersonal skills to work with multiple people across the organization.
 Should be able to develop a plan and calendar based on decided strategies for marketing.
 Should support the team in content and communication needs as well as participation in organization events.
 Should have strong content development and editing skills to develop drafts for multiple content formats.
 Should participate in brainstorming sessions with the Marketing team and support in activities.
 Exposure to the social sector and non-profit organizations would be preferred.
 Knowledge of Kannada would be a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in digital marketing and communication
• Analytics knowledge to interpret data, improve data collection and develop reports for analysis.
• Technical knowledge to work with the website development and design team, incorporate or facilitate changes, analyse website performance and suggest improvements.
• Preferable exposure/experience in Social or Development sector
• Excellence in Written and Verbal communication
