Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & SEO Executive to support the implementation of our multi-region digital strategy and drive online visibility across local and international markets. Sitting within the core Digital Marketing, Content, and Communications team, you will focus on optimising web content, improving User Experience (UX), and enhancing site architecture to boost organic search performance and lead generation.

Working closely with cross-functional specialists in SEO, Analytics, UX, and Account Management, you will maintain high standards across our CMS platforms, ensuring our digital estate effectively engages users and meets key organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the launch of new websites and ensuring the quality and accuracy of content across the CMS. This role will focus on executing actions that enhance the performance, visibility, and lead flow of targeted content within the Rentokil Initial and subsidiary brand web estate.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational skills and a passion for web content management and digital marketing.

The role’s key responsibilities will include:

  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Magnolia, Sitecore, and WordPress, including web content creation and publishing
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Desirable
