Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engage customers, and generate leads.

• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and market trends to optimize marketing efforts and ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints
• Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing new strategies as appropriate
• Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across digital platforms
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors in the digital marketing space

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and major social media platforms
• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, content management systems, and email marketing tools
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to drive data-informed decision making
• Excellent project management skills and familiarity with project management software
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Relevant digital marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus
