Job Description:
Simandhar Education is seeking a seasoned digital marketing manager with more than 7 years of experience across various digital marketing verticals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies to drive growth, and should possess team management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- Drive performance marketing initiatives to meet lead generation, conversion, and brand visibility goals.
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaigns' performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for optimization.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, content, design) to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, implementing best practices to enhance marketing efforts.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) to leadership.
Required Skills:
- Proven expertise across all major verticals of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email, PPC, analytics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on team management.
