The AWS Website team is looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and templatization of marketing pages on the AWS website. This role will work across engineering, UX, information architecture, testing, and product marketing to standardize the web experience and build scalable frameworks that work globally.

The ideal candidate can drive alignment across multiple teams at once and has a track record of turning ambiguous, cross-functional problems into structured, repeatable solutions. This role requires strong communication skills and a clear understanding of brand guidelines, website systems, and technical capabilities. You'll define where content should live on the site, run A/B tests to validate decisions, and develop templates and page strategies that scale across regions. This is a high-visibility role with real impact on how customers experience product marketing content across the website.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
