Job Description

Journey is on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead our marketing efforts in the MENA region. As a Marketing Hero, you'll play a crucial role in developing and managing marketing channels while crafting effective Go-To-Market strategies in the region 

 

Responsibilities:

• Entrepreneurial spirit and thinker: Possesses a doer mindset and a go-getter attitude.

• Events: Knowledgeable in planning and executing successful events and exhibitions

• Demand Generation: Generate demand through lead generation, nurturing, and conversion programs.

• Community Management: Monitor and enhance engagement through program development and execution.

• Develop marketing materials to increase brand awareness and thought leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of local strategies with overall marketing objectives.

• Relationship/partnership Management: comfortable to foster relationships with external media and stakeholders for brand promotion

Qualifications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, campaign analytics, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and marketing technologies

• Exceptional communication and writing skills

• Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams effectively

• Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas and to work within a fast moving environment.

• Proactive attitude enabling to set tone for marketing efforts of the company

• Result-driven and goal-oriented

• Creativity and team spirit

• Believes in the power of therapy/coaching and its ability to heal!
