About the Role:

Vistar Studio is looking for a talented and experienced Digital & Motion 3D Designer to join our Amsterdam team. In this role, you will translate major advertisers’ marketing goals into visually stunning high-impact digital campaigns running across our global network of DOOH screens.

We are looking for a mid to senior-level, independent problem-solver who bridges the gap between technical execution and high-end visual storytelling. You will own projects from briefing to final delivery - scoping requirements, managing your own pipeline, and collaborating with the wider global team to push the boundaries of what is possible on digital screens.

What You'll Do:

• Creative concepting: Translate complex briefs from clients and sales teams into cohesive, high-quality creative concepts & solutions that could win awards.

• End-to-End Production: Design and execute premium digital creatives (including advanced 3D assets, motion and static) tailored for diverse global brands.

• Convince by creative: Create presentations that demonstrate your creative idea, the rationale, in a clear and visual way.

• Project Ownership: Manage complex project scopes, set realistic timelines, and independently drive multiple projects to completion under tight deadlines.

• You co-create: Work closely together with fellow designers, account and sales teams to come up with high-quality creative solutions.

What Experience We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as a digital, motion, or 3D designer, ideally within a fast-paced media environment, creative agency, or ad tech company.

• Expert 3D Skills: High proficiency in Blender is essential, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing 3D motion design.

• AI-Assisted Workflows: A proven ability to leverage generative AI tools and effective prompting to accelerate design workflows, conceptualize ideas, and generate assets.

• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, with a heavy emphasis on After Effects and Photoshop for creating fluid, eye-catching animations.

• Experience designing and wireframing in Figma is highly preferred.

• Autonomy & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead creative discussions with internal stakeholders, handle client feedback with professionalism, and manage medium-term projects with minimal supervision.
