Description

The Product Group Manager Business Origination for the Join & Activate Journey is responsible for defining and executing the strategy, roadmap, and performance outcomes for the end-to-end digital business customer acquisition and onboarding experience. This leader owns the customer journey from exploration and application through account opening, funding, activation, digital engagement, and relationship primacy.
The role serves as the single point of accountability for creating a seamless, scalable, and digitally enabled business customer experience that reduces friction, accelerates time-to-fund, increases activation and adoption, and drives long-term relationship growth. This position partners across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Digital, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Business Banking leadership to deliver measurable customer and business outcome.

Compensation Range:

$93,000.00 - $189,000.00 USD Annual

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
