Digital Platforms & Integrations Project Manager

Position Purpose:

The Manager, Digital Platforms & Integrations is responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of digital platforms and vendor integrations, from evaluation and onboarding through implementation, optimization, and ongoing relationship management. This role serves as the primary technical and operational liaison for new and existing vendors, partnering closely with principal engineers, solutions architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure integration strategies are sound, required governance and architecture documentation are completed, and delivery is executed successfully. The position drives planning, risk management, testing, stakeholder communication, and post-launch support, while also building organizational capability, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and enabling scalable, future-ready platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 20% Project Planning: Responsible for the implementation strategy, definition of project scope, adherence to THD's compliance toll gate artifacts (Charter, Business Acceptance Document, etc.) and definition of project specific deliverables, creation of a logical work breakdown structure and definition of major project milestones.
• 20% Project Financials: Instrumental in the creation of a project Cost Benefit Analysis to determine viability and justification of project(s). Responsible for labor and hard capital project forecasting and updating THD's financials system.
• 15% Project Control: Leads the development of effective plans for controlling project scope, schedule and cost baseline, and monitors the project execution to ensure that the plan is being followed. Document and explain changes to the baseline, driving the approval process, and ensures the approved changes are implemented.
• 15% Project Communications: Develops or approves an effective plan for communicating program information to the project stakeholders. Creates and approves written status reports highlighting any potential schedule, resource and cost issues. If necessary, creates store communication about project(s) deployment.
• 15% Project Risk and Issue Management: Leads the definition of project risks, and the required mitigation approaches. Monitors project activities for risks and takes timely action to mitigate them. Advises project team members, stakeholders and senior management of actions required or completed.
• 15% Project closeout: Ensures lessons learned are documented and applied to subsequent projects. Responsible for ensuring that all invoices have been paid and that updates are made to THD's internal system showing that the project is closed.

• Position reports typically reports to Sr Project Manager or Program Manager
• This position has no direct reports

Travel Requirements:

• Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in managing enterprise-scale digital tools, commerce platforms, middleware, APIs, or SaaS-based solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical expectations, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones.
• Familiarity with data flows, system dependencies, integration patterns, and common risks associated with third-party technology solutions.
• Practical understanding of common data formats and tools used by SaaS systems, such as JSON, XML, CSV, Excel, and related data exchange structures.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, coordinate resolution paths, and make informed decisions under changing priorities.
• Experience developing repeatable processes, playbooks, or standards that improve consistency, scalability, and operational support.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and maintain alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfort working in ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and adapting quickly as platform or business needs evolve.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across teams, build trust with partners, and contribute to a collaborative, continuous-improvement culture.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, SaaS systems, technology integrations, vendor onboarding, or a related field.

The pay range for this position is between $90,000.00 - $190,000.00
