Role Overview 🚀

Create and adapt digital design assets for client-branded employee benefit platforms and internal communications. Working primarily within pre-configured Figma templates and Adobe Creative Cloud, this role focuses on generating platform assets, applying client branding to established templates (such as emails and brochures), and managing annual campaign updates involving image refreshes and minor layout tweaks. Operating as a production engine, the Digital Production Specialist picks up briefs from a centralised ticketing queue, ensuring fast, accurate, and consistent delivery that keeps studio workflows moving smoothly.

Responsibilities 🤘

• Platform Asset Production: Generate, export, and format digital assets for customer platforms using pre-configured Figma templates and artwork master files.

• Template-Based Campaign & Brand Updates: Apply client brand specifications (fonts, hex colour codes, logos) to deliver annual campaign refreshes, light artwork updates, and platform mock-ups accurately.

• Ticketing & Queue Management: Pick up, manage, and complete design tickets from our central ticketing platform, ensuring tasks are finished on time, and status updates are logged clearly.

• Internal Communications Assets: Produce clean, engaging visual assets for internal company events, initiatives, and colleague comms (e.g., summer parties, milestone anniversaries, and internal announcements).

• Quality Control & File Formats: Self-check work for accuracy against brand rules before passing assets along for review, ensuring correct file formats, dimensions, and exports are used across web and print.

• File Administration & Organization: Maintain neat filing, asset management, and naming conventions within the team's shared directory structures.

• Motion & Animation Support (Desirable): Optional creation of simple animated graphics or motion assets using After Effects for social, digital, or platform use.

• And other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

What are we looking for? 🔎

• Experience in a digital design, graphic production, or artworking role within a creative studio, agency, or in-house team.

• Software & Tool Proficiency (Figma & Adobe CC): Expert, high-speed execution in Figma (working with pre-configured templates, components, and platform mock-ups) alongside Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on a Mac setup.

• Template Adaptation & Layout Accuracy: Strong ability to apply client brand guidelines (matching hex colours, typography, and logos) to established templates, such as emails, brochures, and platform graphics, while executing minor layout tweaks and image refreshes cleanly.

• High Attention to Detail & Self-Proofing: An eye for layout alignment, export settings, and file formatting, ensuring zero brand errors before work passes into review queues.

• Digital Asset Formatting & Export Technicals: Solid understanding of digital file types (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF), aspect ratios, image optimisation, and file-naming conventions to keep directory storage structured and searchable.

• Queue & Workflow Management: Discipline in managing task tickets, tracking deadlines, and maintaining self-sufficiency within high-turnaround production queues.

• Ideal for candidates to have strong ability to adopt design production tools (e.g. After Effects and PowerPoint).
