About this role

LGT Wealth Management was formed around a clear and uncompromising vision – to bring global best practice in building institutional quality investment portfolios to Australian clients.

With a shared passion for building an uncompromised business – we created something new from the ground up. A chance to leave behind the things that weren’t working, while enhancing the things that were. Our authentic and personalised client-first commitment. Our entrepreneurial spirit. Our focus in best-in-class advice. And our intimate understanding of the Australian private wealth landscape.

In 2022 we became a part of the LGT Group, who shared our entrepreneurial spirit, long-term approach and private-ownership model. Today, with the global expertise, stability, and capability of LGT behind us, we can work without being reliant on markets or margins, with a singular focus on giving our clients the advice and deep expertise they need for generations to come.

Join a high-performing marketing team and play a pivotal role in bringing digital content to life across a wide range of platforms. As a Digital Publishing Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of fast-paced digital execution—ensuring campaigns, content and communications are delivered seamlessly across web, social, email and multimedia channels.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career digital professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with multiple technologies, and wants exposure to premium content, senior stakeholders and market-leading insights. You’ll collaborate with teams across Sydney and Melbourne, contributing to a strong culture of growth, innovation and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Publish and manage digital content across multiple platforms including CoreMedia, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn, event systems and podcast/video channels

  • Coordinate the delivery of digital campaigns, email communications, landing pages and multimedia content—ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand and delivered on time

  • Record, upload and publish webinars, podcasts and video content, ensuring a seamless audience experience

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting across tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio, tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics

  • Monitor analytics and provide insights to support continuous improvement of digital channels

  • Work across a range of systems and logins, managing content workflows efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, investment teams and key stakeholders to support integrated campaigns

  • Ensure all publishing adheres to brand guidelines, compliance requirements and digital best practices

About You

  • Experience supporting digital marketing, communications or publishing activities within a corporate, agency or professional services environment.

  • Strong interest in digital communications, marketing technology and content publishing across multiple platforms and channels.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and content management systems (or keen to learn quickly)

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive team player with good communication skills

  • Tech-curious and eager to build your digital publishing and marketing skills

Why you’ll love this role

  • Work on premium content and gain unique access to senior leaders, industry experts and high-profile speakers (including podcasts, webinars and studio recordings)

  • Be part of a team that invests in your development, with opportunities to learn new platforms and build in-demand digital skills.

  • Take ownership of end-to-end publishing and reporting, building practical expertise across the digital marketing ecosystem

LGT Wealth Management is committed to the ongoing development of their employees. Your development will be managed and tailored to your role and future career path.
