The opportunity
As a Digital Strategist, you will sit across from Fortune 500 clients, understand their business problem, recommend the right use cases to make best use of the client’s investments in Adobe Experience Cloud solution, and own the delivery outcome. This is a consulting and advisory seat distinct from a pure implementation role.
What you’ll be doing
Adobe Experience Cloud & Digital Ecosystem
- Advise clients on the right Adobe Experience Cloud solution mix — Analytics, Target, Campaign, AEP, CJA, AJO, AEM — against their business objectives.
- Own delivery outcomes on Adobe tools: configure, design, and lead the strategy layer, not just execute downstream tasks.
- Contextualise Adobe data and outputs within a broader full-funnel digital strategy spanning paid, owned, and earned channels.
Client Advisory & Consulting
- Lead discovery sessions and requirement-gathering conversations with client stakeholders, including CXO-level audiences.
- Translate complex business problems into clear, recommendation-led digital strategy and Adobe DX roadmaps.
- Own the client outcome — from requirements to recommendation to delivery — with accountability for measurable business results.
- Manage senior client relationships and present strategy confidently to Fortune 500 leadership.
AI-Native Consulting & Innovation
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled consulting methodologies — personalization, segmentation, journey orchestration, content optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Identify where AI can improve client outcomes, including emerging practices such as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Build or contribute to reusable AI-enabled consulting assets — frameworks, accelerators, and playbooks — applied across engagements.
Industry & Strategic Depth
- Bring demonstrable depth in at least one priority vertical — retail / e-commerce, BFSI, travel & hospitality, or media & entertainment.
- Use industry-specific KPIs and dynamics to ground recommendations in real business context.
- Develop comprehensive, multi-channel digital marketing strategies that go beyond single-tool specialism.
What we want from you
- Experience: Min8+ years of total work experience, with at least 50% in digital strategy, digital marketing management, or Adobe DX advisory. Recent relevant experience (last 3 years) is weighted heavily.
- Adobe / DX fluency: Hands-on ownership of at least one Adobe Experience Cloud tool with named outcomes
- Client advisory: Proven ability to advise clients, gather requirements, recommend solutions, and own delivery outcomes — not just implement or report.
- Digital marketing breadth: Working command across multiple disciplines — SEO, SEM, paid social, email/lifecycle, marketing automation, analytics — enough to give holistic cross-channel recommendations.
- Industry depth: Sustained engagement in at least one priority vertical where the industry’s specific dynamics genuinely informed the work.
- AI engagement: Demonstrated application of AI-enabled tools or methodologies to client or marketing problems, beyond personal productivity use.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Full-time MBA strongly preferred as a proxy for structured thinking, communication, and stakeholder navigation.
- Enterprise exposure: Experience operating at, or delivering to, enterprise-scale environments comparable to Fortune 500 client engagements.

- Prior employment at Adobe, or within the Adobe partner ecosystem, materially reducing ramp time.
- Depth across two or more priority verticals.
- Named AI consulting deliverables — a GenAI personalization framework, agentic workflow, or GEO/AEO strategy with measurable outcomes.
