What you'll do
- Conduct SEO and digital research to support strategy development
- Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive audits using industry tools to identify digital opportunities.
- Synthesize research findings, analytics data, and stakeholder input into clear strategic recommendations with guidance from leadership.
- Support technical SEO audits and analysis to identify performance gaps and inform strategic recommendations.
- Participate in discovery discussions with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, user behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Support development of site maps and information architectures based on keyword research, user behavior and business objectives.
- Review website designs and structures against strategy, documenting SEO and user experience recommendations for stakeholder alignment.
- Identify and communicate content optimization opportunities across existing websites, including reorganization, updates, and content gaps.
- Work collaboratively with development and design teams to support implementation of strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to strategy workstreams and projects, supporting planning, organization, and execution with leadership guidance.
- Create SEO-focused content briefs, optimization roadmaps, and site map documentation that help teams and clients understand strategy and priorities.
- Monitor project performance and flag issues, gaps, or decisions needed for leadership review and direction.

- 1-2 years of professional experience in SEO, digital marketing, website management, or a digital agency environment.
- Growing expertise in SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with one or more SEO and analytics platforms such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console or Google Analytics, with an aptitude for quickly learning new tools and platforms.

- Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills; ability to explain digital concepts clearly.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across disciplines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct SEO and digital research to support strategy development
• Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitive audits using
industry tools to identify digital opportunities.
