Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering strategic Distribution Network Optimization and Transformation projects across the organization. This role focuses on project governance, stakeholder alignment, change management, and execution excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope.

 

The Project Manager serves as the central point of coordination between business functions, operations, engineering, finance, IT, and external partners, ensuring successful implementation of complex initiatives that improve customer service, operational effectiveness, and overall business performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Educational and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or related field.

8-10 years of progressive project management experience, including:

·       Managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

·       Budget management and financial oversight.

·       Risk management and mitigation planning.

·       Change management and organizational readiness activities.

·       Vendor and third-party management.

·       Executive stakeholder engagement and governance.

Preferred:

·       PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean, or equivalent project management certification.

·       Experience managing supply chain, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, or network optimization projects.
