  • Monitor quality, cost, profitability, and overall project contribution, using strong commercial judgment and an understanding of Broadridge pricing models and cost projections
  • Negotiate successfully with clients and external suppliers on timing, cost, and delivery expectations while helping improve processes and team effectiveness.

We are looking for a Client Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent client service and end-to-end campaign management, leading multiple data-driven direct marketing projects concurrently. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, translate business needs into actionable plans, manage project scope and delivery, and ensure campaigns are executed to agreed quality, cost, and profitability standards.

This role also requires the ability to understand Broadridge pricing models, project costs accurately, and lead campaigns involving operations such as data processing, programming, and tabulation.
