Overview
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Status: Full-time, 30+ hours per week
- Schedule: Week 1: Saturday 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am – 8:00 pm, Thursday 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm, and Friday 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm; Week 2: Monday 1:00 pm – 11:00 pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Location: Lewistown, PA
- Pay: $19.00 per hour, up to $19.75 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s)
- An extra $1 per hour for eligible 2nd shift and weekend hours
What We’re Looking For:
- Entry level, training provided
- A valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience
- 18 years of age

As a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in Residential Services, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes by assisting with daily needs, teaching life skills, encouraging independence, and promoting a safe and meaningful home life.
