Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Understand customer needs and match them with the appropriate vehicle.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence.
- Build value and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Follow up with customers to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with management to structure and close deals.
- Stay updated on Kia products, technology, and market trends.

While sales experience is a plus, it’s not mandatory. If you don’t have any experience, we’ll train you.
