Position Summary...

The Director, Business Strategy – Club Transformation leads the development and execution of high-priority transformation initiatives that advance how Sam's Club serves members and associates.

This role translates emerging strategies into executable solutions and operating models, solving complex business and operational challenges, testing new concepts, and building pathways to scale. Working across functions, the Director connects strategy with execution, drives alignment and prioritization, and delivers measurable business outcomes.

The Club Transformation team shapes the future of Sam's Club by translating enterprise strategy into innovative solutions and operating models.

Collaborating across functions, the team reimagines member and associate experiences, develops and tests new concepts, and scales successful solutions. By integrating strategy, operations, technology, and physical club elements, the team accelerates growth, enhances productivity, and builds capabilities for the future.

This collaborative environment emphasizes strategic prioritization, leadership, and continuous improvement to drive impactful business planning and change management initiatives.

What you'll do...

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
