Director HR Business Partnerships

Centra has an opportunity for a Director TME Business Partnerships at our Corporate Headquarters in Columbus, Indiana. This Team Member is a leader, manager, and an individual contributor responsible for the following areas of Team Member Experience (TME): Business Partner relations with the Centra Team through all Lines of Business, Recruiting & Selection, and Performance Management. Demonstrates a commitment to fostering a positive environment for all Team Members in conjunction with TME objectives and consistent with Centra’s values and policies.
