Director, Information Technology

Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India

Position Summary

The Director, Information Technology will provide strategic and operational leadership for ADI's IT organization in India, driving technology strategy, business partnership, delivery excellence, and organizational development. The role will lead a portfolio of enterprise applications with a primary focus on supporting ADI's global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations functions.

Working closely with business leaders, executive stakeholders, and global IT teams, the Director will lead strategic initiatives, application modernization, operational improvements, and AI-enabled digital transformation efforts that support business growth and operational excellence.

The Director will report to the Sr. Director, IT (India) and work closely with global IT and business leadership teams.

Leadership Profile

The successful candidate will be a people-first leader with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. They will have a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones while effectively navigating both solid-line and matrixed reporting structures.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
