Director, Master Data Governance

As the Director, Data Governance you will lead Grocery Outlet’s master data governance program. The people, processes, and standards that ensure our vendor, item, cost, retail, and purchase order data is accurate, consistent, and trusted. You will define the data fields and standards required to set up a vendor and item, and write a purchase order. You will establish the right way to create and maintain that data natively within SAP and lead two connected bodies of work: remediating the existing bad data and standing up the intake processes and controls that keep all new data clean. You will operate as a cross-functional leader to establish clear ownership, enforce standards, and embed governance into workflows. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on execution.
