SUMMARY  

Agile Defense stands at the forefront of innovation, driving advanced capabilities and solutions tailored to the most critical national security and civilian missions.  The DHS team is focused on growth across new and existing business markets. The team maximizes the #HUSTLE and #HUNGER aspects of the company culture to propose and deliver against critical Federal Civilian agency mission goals and objectives. 

The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading the identification, qualification, and early capture of new business opportunities in the Federal Civilian sector. As part of a high-performing DHS team, this individual will drive strategic growth initiatives, build trusted client relationships, and support the seamless transition of opportunities into capture and proposal phases. The ideal candidate is high-energy, collaborative, self-starting, and calm under the pressures of a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
