Position Overview

The Director, Clinical Operations will oversee clinical operations across the MOC Division while partnering with operational and clinical leaders to drive performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Associate Director, this leader will support a division serving approximately 1,952 employees and clients, with responsibility for clinical revenue drivers, value-based purchasing initiatives, quality outcomes, and STAR ratings performance.

This role is being added to provide dedicated divisional leadership and clinical oversight as the organization continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to Divisional Clinical Managers
  • Drive clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and operational performance
  • Lead initiatives related to Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) and STAR Ratings
  • Monitor and improve key clinical and financial performance indicators
  • Partner with operational leaders to achieve division goals and strategic objectives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and BAYADA clinical standards
  • Support clinical teams through coaching, development, and performance management
  • Participate in on-call leadership support as needed

Schedule & Travel

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid work environment
  • Regular travel throughout Massachusetts (Hyannis, Plymouth, Worchester, Canton) and Rhode Island
  • Weekly office visits and occasional overnight travel as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • Home Health leadership experience
  • Clinical management experience
  • Strong understanding of home health regulations, operations, and quality metrics
  • Ability to lead geographically dispersed clinical teams
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred

  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Multi-site clinical leadership experience
  • Experience with Value-Based Purchasing programs and STAR Ratings
  • Demonstrated success improving clinical quality and operational performance

Compensation

Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 annually 

Bonus Opportunity Quarterly 

Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and scope of responsibility.
