  • Review, maintain, and enforce the Data Management Policy and Data Governance Charter against current regulatory and business needs.

  • Define enterprise-wide data standards, including metadata management, data lineage, and master data management protocols.
  • Partner with IT and Security so data pipelines support AI applications while maintaining security boundaries.
  • Work with Security to define data classification levels and manage high-risk data access policies.
  • Ensure data practices adhere to applicable global privacy regulations and internal Enterprise Information and Governance mandates.
  • Align data governance priorities with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and develop team members as the data governance capability grows.

The Director of Data Governance sits within Quality, Regulatory, and Compliance and leads the evolution of DeepHealth's data ecosystem into a unified, high-quality enterprise asset. The role owns strategic design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Data Governance Framework so data is accurate, secure, and ready for advanced analytics and AI initiatives.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

This position requires travel up to approximately 10%.

Salary:

115,000.00-130,00.00 EURO

100,000.00-110,000.00 in France
