About the Director of Fulfillment - Stord Partner Network (SPN)

The Director of Fulfillment requires deep operations knowledge, a commitment to continuous improvement, and demonstrated customer obsession. The leader must provide a strong vision and direction for the team, drawing on Stord's broader growth plans to help shape fulfillment strategy for the Area of Responsibility (AOR) and then own its execution.

This senior-level role is critical to driving operational excellence and implementing scalable processes that meet business objectives across multiple fulfillment center operations. The Director will lead a team comprised of site leaders, exempt operations management, non-exempt associates, and other teams as assigned.

This is a senior-level operations role requiring a strategic mindset, hands-on leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

It is preferred the role is within a commutable distance of an active Stord Fulfillment Center.
