Join the opening leadership team of Avani Singapore and play a pivotal role in delivering one of Singapore's most exciting new lifestyle hospitality destinations. This is a unique opportunity to build the hotel's brand presence from the ground up, create excitement around the opening, and help establish Avani Singapore as a leading lifestyle destination from day one.

At Avani, we create stylish and seamless experiences for modern travellers. We're looking for an experienced and creative Director of Marketing to lead the hotel's marketing, communications, digital, and brand initiatives through pre-opening and beyond. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive awareness, demand, and brand engagement while supporting the hotel's overall commercial success.

What You'll Do

• Lead all marketing pre-opening activities, including brand positioning, launch campaigns, communications planning, content creation, and go-to-market initiatives
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social media, PR, partnerships, events, and advertising channels
• Build awareness, generate demand, and strengthen the hotel's market presence across key target audiences
• Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Management, F&B, and Operations to support commercial objectives and revenue growth
• Lead media relations, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and publicity initiatives
• Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and campaign performance to maximise return on investment
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategy
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Marketing team

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior marketing role within hospitality
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing and brand campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, content, and demand generation strategies
• Pre-opening hotel experience is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore hospitality market, consumer trends, and demand drivers
• Experience launching brands, hotels, or lifestyle concepts within Singapore would be advantageous
• Strong commercial acumen, creativity, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English
