Job Summary:

As the Director of Operations for ProMedica Physicians, you will serve as a dynamic, collaborative leader providing fiscal and strategic direction. You will develop and mentor managers and support their work to maximize operational potential. 

With the Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Finance, you will develop and maintain the annual budget and monitor financial reports and operational changes.  

In this role, you will visit various ProMedica sites to review efficiency of operations and customer/patient service and identify ways to improve.

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor’s degree or an or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience 

  • 5 years of supervisory and administrative experience
