What you'll do

  • Lead the revenue management team and develop robust revenue strategies.
  • Support the executive team on long-term business plans and manage the revenue management budget process.
  • Lead weekly Revenue Management meetings providing insights based on reporting data.
  • Develop topline revenue forecasts and actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit across all revenue centers of the business.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.

  • Develop an evolving culture of understanding and best practice in the changing distribution landscape, including online travel agencies and distribution networks.
  • Responsible for data quality and system hygiene of Revenue Management and Distribution applications; platforms and tools used by the hotel.

The hotel also features the amazing and extremely popular venues of Goldfinch Restaurant and Street Cafe, Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar as well as KG Sports Bar.

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and ambitious senior leader who can help shape the future of revenue management: drive revenue growth, nurture high-performance teams and shape emerging capability, and be at the helm of sector-leading technology as we roll it out across our global operations.

As Director of Revenue Management, you will lead a team of 3, working together to optimize our revenue performance and achieve our business goals. You will formulate and execute revenue strategies for our hotels, collaborate with the executive team on long-term business plans, develop our revenue community of practice internally and externally, and identify and inspire talent growth. You will prioritize recognition, comprehensive support and career development amongst your team, and receive the same in turn as you grow your career as a Heartist.

In this role you will
