About the Role

Uber Freight is on a mission to transform global logistics. As part of this journey, we are building a world-class Business Development and Partnerships organization to connect strategy to execution and drive marketplace and financial performance and profitable growth.

The Director of Partnerships will be a strategic operator who partners closely with both internal partner teams and strategic partners to drive carrier and fintech partnerships and programs. The role will focus on enhancing and optimizing an existing portfolio of partners, and identifying, pursuing, and developing new ones to drive value for the carrier side of our marketplace, and thoughtfully monetize via various fintech programs. We’re looking for someone who can set a vision and understand problems for this part of the business from 30,000 feet as well as dive deep into the details. This role will work across multiple functions and teams in support of driving stronger business results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years of business development, strategic partnership, or equivalent experience (e.g., strategic account management, program management); Some high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.
