Director, Procurement Strategy & Transformation

As Director, Strategy & Transformation, you will partner closely with Procurement and Administrative Services leadership to shape and execute strategic priorities that drive meaningful business outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives across AI enablement, business transformation, stakeholder experience, value measurement, and operating model modernization. By translating complex challenges into actionable strategies and measurable results, you will help strengthen our ability to deliver efficient, innovative, and customer-focused services. In this highly visible role, you'll work directly with senior leaders and gain the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decisions, transformation programs, and future ways of working.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives across Procurement and Administrative Services, translating leadership priorities into actionable transformation plans and measurable outcomes.
• Support AI strategy development, adoption planning, value realization frameworks, and assessment of emerging technologies to improve business performance and service delivery.
• Design and evolve value measurement frameworks, executive scorecards, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms that demonstrate organizational impact and support decision-making.
• Drive digital transformation, process optimization, operating model design, and automation initiatives while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and implementation activities.
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, strategic recommendations, and leadership communications while supporting senior leadership planning, governance, and special projects.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, business transformation, operations, finance, technology, procurement, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional strategic, operational, or transformation initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong financial analysis, business case development, performance measurement, and executive communication capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, or Chief of Staff environments.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or equivalent) in Business, Strategy, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience developing AI strategies, digital transformation programs, automation initiatives, or innovation roadmaps.
• Experience designing operating models, governance frameworks, service delivery models, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience working with executive leadership teams in large, complex, or regulated organizations.

Salary range is expected to be between

$125,100.00 CAD - $175,100.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
