What you'll do

  • Own delivery and execution for the entire retail media product line, and build and lead the team that drives it.
  • Partner closely with the VP, Retail Media to shape strategy and roadmap, then run the execution end to end.
  • Lead the transition from a SaaS + services model to an agent-native services product line, working closely with engineering.
  • Build a stronghold with our customers, working backwards from their real workflows and needs rather than assumptions.
  • Partner with sales on GTM: deal support, positioning, and translating the incrementality and agent story into pipeline and renewals.
  • Build and prioritize features that directly drive ARR growth in retail media.
  • Drive rapid prototyping of new agent capabilities and build the playbooks that let the team repeat what works across customers.

What they're looking for

  • 5-10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, with a track record owning delivery and execution for a meaningful, revenue-generating product line, ideally one you scaled significantly.
  • Genuinely AI-forward: you've built or shipped with LLMs, agents, and modern AI tooling, not just read about them.
  • Experience running a team while partnering closely with a peer or senior leader on strategy.
  • Strong instincts for customer-facing work: you can sit with a customer, understand their workflow, and translate it into product.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering and with sales/GTM teams.
  • High ownership and comfort operating as the de facto GM of this product line's delivery.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Retail media or ad tech experience.
  • Background in incrementality measurement, marketing mix modeling, or media attribution.
  • Prior experience taking a SaaS product agentic.

Director of Product, Retail Media

The Opportunity

Retail media is CommerceIQ's biggest and fastest-growing product line, and it sits inside one of the fastest-growing categories in all of advertising. US retail media ad spend is growing roughly 18% year over year in 2026, nearly double the growth rate of digital advertising overall, and it's on track to keep outpacing search and social for years to come.

We have a real chance to be the world's best at this. Not the best software vendor, the best at actually delivering the outcome: incremental sales lift from media investment. We already have a significant lead here through our work on incrementality measurement, we can prove the sales lift our customers get from their media spend in a way most of the market can't. What we need now is someone who can take that lead and turn it into a category-defining, agentic product.

How We Go to Market

Our model is services as software: an agent plus a managed services team working together, owning the outcome for the customer rather than just handing them a dashboard. This role is about taking that model and re-architecting it, from a SaaS + services model to an agent-native services product line, one that can scale 10x over the next one to two years without scaling headcount at the same rate.

What You'll Own

What You'll Bring

  • 5-10+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roles, with a track record owning delivery and execution for a meaningful, revenue-generating product line, ideally one you scaled significantly.
  • Genuinely AI-forward: you've built or shipped with LLMs, agents, and modern AI tooling, not just read about them.
