Director, Product Management – Conversational Intelligence

The Team

We help revenue organizations run their entire sales motion, from first touch to closed deal to post sales, inside a single platform that goes beyond insights and delivers actions to sellers to move deals and revenue forward. 

Conversation, voice, and meeting intelligence sit at the center of that motion. Every customer conversation generates signal. Outreach captures that signal and turns it into action: real-time coaching for reps, automatic follow-ups, and the deal and pipeline intelligence leaders need to know where to focus, what to fix, and how to improve. Reps close more. Leaders lead better. The conversation is where it starts. 

The Role 

This leader will own product strategy and execution across conversation intelligence, voice, meeting intelligence, and dialing. The mission is to transform every customer conversation into agentic action: coaching reps in the moment, accelerating deals, and giving leaders a clear, data-driven view of where to invest their time and how to improve their team performance and sales strategy. 

This role sits at the intersection of AI and data, voice and video, to deliver real-time coaching and actions. It requires a sharp point of view on both seller and sales leadership personas, and a track record of building product that changes how teams work, not just how they report.
