Responsible for developing and executing the campus recruiting strategy. Responsible for identifying, sourcing, and converting top-tier student talent from partner universities and engineering institutes to fill entry-level and roles. Manages complex relationships with university career cells, program leadership
 

General Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with university stakeholders, placement cells, and student organizations
• Meet/exceed Campus Recruiting metrics (volume, quality, diversity, cost).
• Strategic planning of the end-to-end recruitment cycle for interns and campus hires
• Program Management: Oversee internship and campus hiring programs, including evaluations
  
  Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting, with a focus on campus/university relations, full life cycle, research, and sourcing
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree.
• PHR, SPHR, or PMP certification
