What you'll do

  • Execution Strategy: Responsible for the Program Backlog, working with Solution Product Management, the System Architect, and the Release Train Engineer to prioritize the backlog to maximize the delivery of value over time.
  • Feature Definition: Responsible for turning product vision into concrete deliverable features. Working with the Product Owner team to refine backlog items into items of incremental value delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and growing a team of Product Owners. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent, and for ensuring that the team is continuously improving.
  • PI Planning Leadership: Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Owners, Architects, and ART leadership to define and communicate Program Increment (PI) objectives, establish feature priorities, and ensure alignment of the Agile Release Train to strategic outcomes.
  • Lean Portfolio Alignment: Apply Lean economics, including WSJF and value-based prioritization techniques, to optimize sequencing and maximize outcomes.

  • Experience in communicating product vision and road maps to the development teams.
  • Experience leading Agile development teams, working within the SAFe® framework
  • Proven ability to analyze reports, dashboards, and other tools to make critical decisions and recommendations to help the company to achieve its goals. Strong analytical skills.

Your Impact

The salary range for this role is $196,800.00 - $246,000.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, charitable giveback day, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.
