About this role

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Accountable for achieving your team’s quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build, drive, and mentor a world-class sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, high-performance, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure consistent growth and development.
- Managing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline to provide accurate sales forecasting to senior leadership.
- Take ownership of revenue targets and drive the sales team to meet or exceed their quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Deliver and reinforce our sales methodologies and frameworks to build a strong foundation for success within the region.
- Recruit new Account Executives to your team that will support the growth of the region.
- Onboard and ramp new Account Executives to accelerate their success.
- Leverage your experience, networks, and industry knowledge to drive business growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- 5+ years of Sales experience with demonstrable results.
- 5+ years of selling SaaS solutions to either the office of the CIO or CFO at C suite level.
- Strong fintech awareness and knowledge of how to drive an ecosystem sales cycle, including with third party implementation and transformation teams.
- Extremely strong relationship building and presentation skills.
- Experience in coaching and developing a high performing sales team, ideally implementing MEDDIC or a comparable sales methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Willingness to travel as needed
