  • Real Estate Management: Lead the strategy for real estate acquisition and development to support the company's growth. o Evaluate potential real estate investments and manage the company's property portfolio. o Negotiate leases, property purchases, and sales agreements.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and operations of all company facilities. o Ensure efficient and cost-effective management of office spaces and related services.

  • SEZ Compliance and Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with SEZ departments for ID card issuances, asset management, and regular filings. Ensure compliance with all SEZ regulations and timely submission of required documentation.
  • Asset Management: Monitor and tag company assets to ensure they are safeguarded and accounted for. Oversee the retiral and disposal process, including the management of e-waste, in compliance with environmental regulations.
