  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of transactions analysts, with a focus on building capability, confidence, and accountability during periods of high deal volume.

  • Collaborate with the internal Integrated Services and Operation’s Team leadership to ensure seamless asset onboarding, offboarding, and refinancing.
  • Elevate identified risks internally as needed and provide thoughtful, solutions-oriented strategies to mitigate those risks.

  • Familiarity with legal and transactional documentation including but not limited to; leases, loan documents, title documents, environmental property assessments and property condition reports.

  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and sound judgment when engaging with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.

  • Prior management experience strongly preferred, particularly in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.

The Director, Transactions Management is responsible for leading the team that supports acquisitions, dispositions, and/or financing back-office work.
