  • Provide Direct domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.
  • Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).
  • Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
  • Participate in workshops/design discussions; review and validate proposed process/system changes.
  • Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.
  • Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).
  • Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
  • Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics, and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.

Job Description

Direct Subject Matter Expert (SME) - SAP 

Role Summary 

The Direct SME provides functional expertise and business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents and validates business requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.
