What you'll do
- Creating schedules to manage the service delivery of catering by Drivers and Loaders and performance manage teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Interfaces with the Customers’ schedules and airport information in real time, optimizing the allocation of workloads to the Drivers / Loaders in accordance with these requirements, safely meeting on time performance
- Circulates the above requirements throughout the organization as required
- Highlights to the management team issues relating to customer schedule adherence, airside health and safety incidents and or resource allocations
- Monitors airside activities to ensure compliance to the customers’ flight schedules, local airport rules and national guidelines
- Acts as a point of contact between Gate Gourmet airside operations and Airport / Customer Operations Teams
- Compliance with the regulations (Security / Country / Safety / Company Rules and Procedures)

- 2+ years general work experience in an office or warehouse facility
- 1-year experience directing the work of others

- Fluency in English is required

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred
