  • Review emails and the SPT expedite list daily to identify priority shipments, locate required items, and physically move inventory to the FedEx shipping line.
  • Pull, stage, process, and ship expedited shipments accurately and on time while supporting urgent business needs.
  • Use SAP to create stock transfer orders and sales orders for all items moved to the FedEx line.
  • Create loads for B18 receiving for all inbound containers and LTL shipments.
  • Answer phone calls from outside carriers for dock appointments and enter appointments into SAP using menu ZAPPT.
  • Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy research, and timely resolution of inventory issues.
  • Identify and escalate non-standard, delayed, or impacted issues to the appropriate team members to help prevent service disruptions.

Job Summary

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$16.50 - $24.00 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
