About the role
Own and lead the sourcing arm responsible for vehicle acquisition, with used-car trade-ins from new-car dealership partners (e.g. Honda, Toyota) as the dominant channel. Directly leads 10 KV NCD Managers (~70–80 people in total), driving monthly sales performance, cross-functional coordination, and the health of key dealer relationships, while building the team's long-term capability and retention.
