About Us

At ANZ, we're shaping a world where people and communities thrive, driven by a common goal: to improve the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our millions of customers.

About the Role

At ANZ, our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive. We bring this to life by supporting the financial wellbeing and sustainability of our customers - helping them achieve incredible things, whether that’s buying a home, building a business, or planning for the future.

As a Wellbeing and Workers Compensation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our people through both work‑related and non‑work‑related health matters. You’ll take accountability for delivering best‑practice case management and an exceptional employee experience, providing thoughtful advice and guidance, navigating solutions, and escalating complex or unresolved matters where required. A strong focus on compliance will be essential, ensuring all file management and decision‑making align with obligations under the SRC Act and internal governance standards. Continuous improvement will be a key part of how you work, ensuring our approach remains effective, efficient and genuinely supportive of our people.

Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive records on Solv is an important responsibility of this role. The role also provides opportunities to contribute to coaching and mentoring within the team, as well as participate in project and continuous improvement initiatives that support the ongoing development of our team and function.
